Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 1, 2025At C&CH Services Corp, customer satisfaction is a priority.
Our Refund Policy outlines how issues are addressed when services do not meet expectations.
1. Service Quality GuaranteeIf you are dissatisfied with a cleaning, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to re-clean the affected area free of charge. This re-clean must be scheduled within 7 days of the original service.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds will only be considered if:A re-clean is not possible, orThe Customer remains unsatisfied after a re-clean, and the issue is verified by management.Refunds are limited to the cost of the disputed service and will not exceed the original payment amount.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
The following are not eligible for refunds:Same-day cancellations or missed appointments due to lack of access (“lock-outs”)Services rendered under conditions not disclosed by the Customer (e.g., hazardous environments, excessive clutter, or infestation)Services approved on-site by the Customer at the time of completionCustomized or add-on services that fall outside our standard cleaning packages
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days. Customers must provide proof of payment (receipt, transaction ID, or invoice number).
5. Discretionary Policy
C&CH Services Corp reserves the right to deny refund requests that fall outside the conditions listed above. Decisions are final and made in the best interest of both the Company and the Customer.
