Welcome to the website of C&CH Services Corp (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, booking a cleaning, or engaging with our services, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services ProvidedC&CH Services Corp offers residential and commercial cleaning services as described on our website and promotional materials. Services are scheduled by appointment and may vary depending on property size, condition, and customer requests. We reserve the right to decline services that are unsafe, unsanitary, or outside our scope of operations.
2. Estimates & PricingService estimates provided online, by phone, or in person are based on the information given by the Customer. Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual conditions differ materially from those described (e.g., excessive clutter, heavy stains, pest infestations). Customers will be informed before additional charges are incurred.
3. Scheduling & AccessCustomers are responsible for ensuring that our cleaning team has safe access to the property at the scheduled time. If we cannot access the property, the appointment will be considered a same-day cancellation and may be subject to a cancellation fee.
4. Cancellations & ReschedulingWe require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost. Same-day cancellations and “lock-outs” (where we arrive but cannot access the property) are non-refundable.
5. Payment TermsPayment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged in writing. We accept the payment methods listed on our website. Unpaid balances may result in suspension of services, late fees, or collection actions.
6. Customer ResponsibilitiesRemove fragile, valuable, or sentimental items from service areas.Notify us in advance of any special cleaning requirements.Secure pets or other animals during the cleaning appointment.C&CH Services Corp is not responsible for damage to items not properly secured or disclosed as fragile.
7. Satisfaction GuaranteeIf you are dissatisfied with our services, notify us within 24 hours. We will return to re-clean the affected area at no additional charge (see Refund Policy for details).
8. Liability LimitationsWhile we take great care in our work, we are not liable for:Normal wear and tear of property or surfacesDamage caused by faulty construction, improper installation, or pre-existing conditionsLoss or damage to cash, jewelry, or high-value items not disclosed beforehandOur liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
9. Website UseBy using our website, you agree not to engage in unlawful activity, attempt unauthorized access, or copy materials without written consent.
